Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Emma Lee Skin & Aesthetics, we strive to ensure every client receives high-quality care and a positive experience. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds to ensure fairness and clarity for all clients.
Appointments & Deposits
A booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred once if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice or not attending your appointment may result in your deposit being forfeited.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will result in a lost deposit or full charge for the treatment booked. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future booking privileges.
Refunds for Treatments
All treatments are bespoke and results can vary per individual; therefore, no refunds are issued for completed treatments or dissatisfaction with expected outcomes. If you experience an unexpected reaction, please contact the clinic immediately so that we can review and advise appropriately.
Courses & Packages
Pre-paid courses or treatment packages are non-refundable once commenced.
All courses must be used within 12 months of the purchase date. If you become medically unable to complete your course, please contact us with a valid medical certificate to discuss your options.
Product Refunds
Unopened retail products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene reasons, unless the item is deemed faulty.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your allocated time slot; however, your treatment may need to be shortened, and full payment will still apply.
Refunds for Online Orders
If you purchase skincare products online through our website, you have 14 days from delivery to request a refund, provided the items are unopened and unused. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
Amendments to This Policy
Emma Lee Skin & Aesthetics reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
