Emma Lee is the Clinical Director of EL Skin & Aesthetics, a CQC-registered manager with over 23 years’ experience across NHS and private healthcare. Since qualifying in Aesthetic Nursing in 2018, she has specialised in injectable treatments and medical-grade skincare to enhance natural beauty and boost skin confidence.
She holds a Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Aesthetics, with training from Bournemouth University, the University of the West of Scotland, and Harley Street, London. As an independent Nurse Prescriber, Emma is fully insured and registered with the NMC, JCCP, and ACE Group.
Her consultations are thorough, collaborative, and centred around each patients goals and wellbeing, ensuring every treatment plan is safe, informed, and individually tailored.
Known for her compassionate, results-driven approach, Emma advocates daily SPF use, educates clients on ageing and skin health, and personalises treatments using trusted ranges such as ZO® Skin Health and AlumierMD.
She also runs a training academy and mentorship programme, supporting medical professionals entering aesthetics with ethical, expert guidance.
