Bookings & Appointments
Clients can book appointments online, by phone, or in-clinic. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Please arrive on time — late arrivals may shorten your appointment time. All treatments are subject to availability and practitioner discretion.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to attend may result in the loss of your deposit or full treatment fee being charged.
Medical Disclosure
Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, allergies, medications, and recent treatments prior to any procedure. This ensures suitability and safety. Failure to disclose information may affect treatment outcomes and void liability.
Results & Liability
Every treatment is tailored to the individual. Results vary depending on lifestyle, skin type, and other factors. While every effort is made to achieve desired outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed. Emma Lee Skin & Aesthetics is not liable for adverse outcomes where pre- or aftercare instructions are not followed.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of treatment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once if more than 24 hours’ notice is given. Retail purchases must be paid in full at point of sale. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not issued for completed treatments or dissatisfaction with results. Retail products may be returned unopened and unused within 14 days with proof of purchase. Prepaid courses or packages must be used within 12 months of purchase.
Age Policy
Clients must be 18 or over to receive injectable treatments. Identification may be required for age-restricted services.
Intellectual Property
All images, text, and branding displayed on this website and social media channels are owned by Emma Lee Skin & Aesthetics. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Complaints & Feedback
We take client satisfaction seriously. If you have a concern, please contact us directly via email or phone within 7 days of your appointment so we can address it promptly and professionally.
Amendments to These Terms
Emma Lee Skin & Aesthetics reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
