Loyalty Rewards Terms
The Emma Lee Loyalty & Rewards Programme is our way of saying thank you to our valued clients for their continued trust and support. This scheme allows clients to earn exclusive rewards through regular visits and purchases. These terms explain how the programme works, including how to collect, redeem, and manage rewards, ensuring fairness and transparency for every participant.
Overview
The Emma Lee Loyalty Reward Scheme is designed to thank our clients for their continued support. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Earning Stamps
Clients will receive one stamp for every £200 spent in a single transaction. Stamps are awarded on the day of purchase only and cannot be backdated. For online skincare orders, a stamped card will be posted with your purchase. Clients are responsible for keeping their physical loyalty card safe.
Redeeming Rewards
Once five stamps have been collected, clients are entitled to a complimentary gift valued at approximately £100.
The gift may vary each month and is subject to availability.
Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or treatments.
Card Management
Lost or damaged loyalty cards will not be replaced. Only the original stamped card presented in-clinic will be accepted for redemption.
Scheme Conditions
Emma Lee Skin & Aesthetics reserves the right to amend, pause, or withdraw the Loyalty Reward Scheme at any time without prior notice. Participation in the scheme implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

At Emma Lee Skin & Aesthetics, we value transparency and respect for every client’s privacy. Our Media & Consent Policy outlines how we collect, store, and use photographs, videos, and testimonials for marketing or educational purposes. We will only share client imagery with prior written consent, ensuring that all content is handled with professionalism, discretion, and in full alignment with our brand values.
Client Consent
Emma Lee Skin & Aesthetics will never use client photographs, videos, or testimonials without written consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting the clinic.
Use of Content
Images or videos shared online will be used solely for marketing and educational purposes.
