A: Yes. The premises are CQC-registered (Care Quality Commission) to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance. Emma is also registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) and is insured by professional aesthetics insurers

Q: Do I need a consultation before any treatment?

A: Yes. All treatments begin with a face-to-face medical consultation to evaluate your skin, health history, and discuss expectations. A booking fee applies, which is redeemable against any booked treatment or product within 3 months.

A: This depends on which treatments you’re having. During your consultation, Emma will advise on safe combinations and the optimum schedule to avoid overloading your skin or causing adverse interactions.
