1. General
All subscriptions, Skin Clubs and treatment courses at Emma Lee Skin & Aesthetics are designed to support long-term skin health through structured, planned treatments. By purchasing a course, subscription or Skin Club, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability. Emma Lee reserves the right to amend or delay treatment plans if clinically required.
NeoGen Treatment Courses
2. Initial NeoGen Course of 3 Treatments
A course of three initial NeoGen treatments is recommended for best results.
When booking a course of 3:
A 10% saving is applied to the course price
Complimentary skincare is provided on your first visit
The course is payable as a one-off payment
Course options include:
Face, Eyes & Lips – £1,606.50
Face, Neck, Eyes & Lips – £2,416.50
Face, Neck & Décolletage with Eyes & Lips – £3,226.50
Courses are non-transferable and non-refundable once commenced.
3. Shirley Ballas Programme (Optional)
The Shirley Ballas Programme is an optional low-energy NeoGen programme consisting of:
Six low-energy NeoGen treatments per year
15% saving on programme treatments
10% off skincare purchases
Monthly cost: £253 per month
This programme is designed for gentle, ongoing skin maintenance and long-term skin health.
4. NeoGen Maintenance Subscriptions
Once an initial course of 3 NeoGen treatments has been completed, maintenance treatments are recommended every 3 months.
Maintenance subscriptions include:
4 NeoGen Face – £198 per month
4 NeoGen Face & Neck – £298 per month
4 NeoGen Face, Neck & Décolletage – £398 per month
All NeoGen subscriptions include:
Two complimentary skin analyses per year
Two complimentary facials per year (client choice)
10% off skincare purchases
Skin Clubs
5. Skin Club Memberships
Skin Club memberships can be joined at any time.
137 Skin Club – £137 per month
Includes:

6. Treatments Accessible via Skin Club
Skin Club credit may be used towards:

Anti-wrinkle (toxin) treatments (up to £275, 3-monthly only)

Profhilo and skin boosters

Polynucleotides
-
Facials (TXA Peel, Microneedling, Hydropeptide Glass Facial, Neo Facial)

Dermal fillers

NeoGen treatments (additional costs may apply)
Skin Club credit cannot be used for skincare purchases.
Loyalty Scheme

Loyalty stamps apply to treatments only

£200 spent = 1 stamp

5 stamps = skincare product up to £100 (subject to monthly availability)

Skincare is excluded as it is already discounted for members
Booking, Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Appointments can be booked online or in clinic

Deposits paid online are credited to your account on the day

Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a £25 charge

Adequate notice and rescheduling options are provided to avoid charges
Skin Analysis & First NeoGen Appointment
Your first appointment includes:

A one-hour consultation and in-depth skin analysis

Your first NeoGen treatment

A personalised 12-month skin plan
Appointments may be rescheduled if needed.
Treatment Preparation & Aftercare
Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment guidance provided. This includes:

Pausing active skincare prior to NeoGen

Hydration and appropriate aftercare

Allowing for potential redness post-treatment
Aftercare kits are provided following NeoGen treatments.
